A delciously simple recipe for the novice, the dabbler and the seasoned baker alike!

Method

  1. Sift the flower into a bowl, then make a well and add the remaining ingredients and gently mix together until the mixture just comes together as a dough.
  2. Dust a clean surface with flour and roll out the dough until it's about 2cm thick.
  3. Use a cookie cutter or other appropriately sized object to cut out scones.
  4. Bake in an oven heated to 200°C fan force for 1520 minutes.
