Method
- Sift the flower into a bowl, then make a well and add the remaining ingredients and gently mix together until the mixture just comes together as a dough.
- Dust a clean surface with flour and roll out the dough until it's about 2cm thick.
- Use a cookie cutter or other appropriately sized object to cut out scones.
- Bake in an oven heated to 200°C fan force for 15 – 20 minutes.
